Every successful project culminates with onsite training for clients. IMMEDIA provides comprehensive training on every system immediately following customer acceptance. Additionally, IMMEDIA provides free quarterly training for a year to refresh our client’s employees and ensure they are taking full advantage of the system capabilities.

Although Immedia meticulously completes each project to ensure success, even the best designed and installed systems require ongoing maintenance and software updates. Preventative maintenance agreements are a cost-effective and efficient method to keep systems in the highest working order on an established budget.

Immedia offers three levels of support including Silver, Gold and Platinum which include varying levels of Training, Help Desk Support, Preventative Maintenance, Priority On-Site Service, Extended Warranty, Equipment Replacement and Customized Service Options.
