Immedia provides comprehensive training on every system immediately following customer acceptance, as well as ongoing, quarterly training for one year to refresh you and your employees and ensure you are taking full advantage of your system’s capabilities.

ImmediaCare

Although Immedia meticulously completes each project to ensure success, even the best designed and installed systems require ongoing maintenance and software updates. Preventative maintenance agreements are a cost-effective and efficient method to keep systems in the highest working order on an established budget.

Immedia offers three levels of support including Silver, Gold, and Platinum, which include varying levels of training, help-desk support, preventative maintenance, priority onsite service, extended warranty, equipment replacement, and customized service options.
